Checks if an IRI can be abbreviated using a prefix.
Parameters
- iri: string
  The IRI to check.
- prefixes: Record<string, string>
  The prefix mappings.
Returns { localName: string; prefix: string } | undefined
The prefix and local name, or undefined if no match.
